Pamela Wess is a Videographer and Video Editor in New York City, specializing in live performance capture, including dance, classical music, opera, and theater.

Pam earned her experience working as the Video Team Lead for Arts Laureate, a company that specializes in high-quality audio and video recordings of classical music and live performance. Clients have included Pacific Chorale, Pacific Symphony, Choral Arts Society of Washington, Mostly Modern Festival, Choralis, Celia Cruz High School, and National Children's Chorus.

Additionally, as an editor with Arts Laureate, Pam has completed over 100 virtual projects for 70 different clients, including Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington D.C., Yale University, Master Choral of South Florida, and Manhattan Concert Productions.

Pam is uniquely qualified for live performance and musical capture due to her unique background and interests. She has a degree in Film and the Electronic Arts from Bard College, but also pursued other passions, namely dance and theatrical clowning. After studying theatrical clowning for five years, Pam discovered her stage alter-ego "Madame Bouge." Madame Bouge traversed to any NYC stage that would have her, including The Slipper Room, UCB East, Under St. Marks, The Kraine, The PIT,

and the Parkside Lounge.

As a result of her experience, Pam understands the performer, using her live-performance experience to intuitively read the performer's impetus.

As Madame Bouge, Pam has also rap-battled against Wayne Brady ... she did not win.
